We’re purr-ty popular, so reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot! Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but we can’t promise the cats will wait for you. Admission fees are the same either way, so why not plan ahead and avoid feline FOMO?

Child Policy: Kids under 14 need an adult chaperone (1 adult per 3 kiddos—because we’re not miracle workers). If your tiny humans require extra supervision, please plan accordingly to avoid a cat-astrophe. We’re happy to teach proper cat etiquette (no running or yelling—cats like calm vibes). Two strikes, and for everyone’s safety, the session ends. Friday and Saturday evenings (5 PM-close) are for the 18+ crowd—purr-fect for date nights! Sorry, no refunds if you don’t follow the rules—our cats don’t negotiate.

Cancellations/Changes: Plans changed? No worries! Use the "Modify Reservation" link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your session to reschedule or cancel. No-shows or same-day cancellations = no refunds (even our cats can’t fix that). Got a group? Changes for multiple people must be made one by one. If you miss your reservation, we can’t roll those funds into another session—our system isn’t that purr-cise.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to maximize your cat cuddle time. Tickets are per person, and if the session is full, we can’t squeeze in walk-ins. No swapping reservations—it’s a strict paws-off policy.

We feel kiddos are an important part of the process of deciding which fur baby is going to join the family, and instead of an age requirement - we will begin using our “behavior requirement”

This means kids of any age will be allowed into the cat lounge - with some VERY important details and focusing on making sure parents/guardians are present in the lounge and the cats continue to live in a low-stress environment and we are making sure all the rules are being followed

The exception to this is Friday and Saturday evenings from 5-Close, we host only those 18 and up. Puuurfect for date nights.

Unfortunately, No. This is the question (or statement) we hear the most. Usually it's a statement such as "I cant wait to come and bring my little Fluffy!". The Chatty Cat Cafe serves as a temporary home for cats and kittens who are waiting to be adopted. We make sure to only have the number of cats that can roam comfortably and stress-free in the space we have, we ensure all cafe cats are up-to date on vaccinations, and have been eased into the cat cafe environment. We cannot accommodate new, unfamiliar cats coming in and out of the cafe. This is for the protection (and sanity) of your cat(s) and the cafe cats.
